Practice and Membership
Tell me about the new practice.
Beginning November 16, 2026, Menopause Rocks is becoming a membership practice. Instead of paying separately every time you need a visit, a refill, a hormone question, or a weight conversation, you pay one annual fee that covers your ongoing care with me.
I am keeping the practice small. Menopause care is not a five-minute visit, and I could not keep practicing the way I believe medicine should be practiced inside a model that was never built for midlife women.
Why did you make this change?
For the last two and a half years, this practice has run like an a la carte menu: a refill meant a visit, a conversation about weight meant a different visit, and every one of them was charged separately. Membership clears most of that away, so we can care for your health with the time, follow-up, and focus it deserves. You need something, call us, and we take care of it.
For many of my patients, the annual cost lands close to or below what they are already spending over a year on hormone visits, pellets, refills, or GLP-1 management.
What is included in membership?
Your comprehensive intake and annual wellness exam, up to 11 additional visits per year, menopause and hormone care, sexual health, metabolic health and weight management, gynecologic care and in-office procedures, contraception and early pregnancy support, in-office diagnostics, and care coordination. Telehealth and secure messaging are included, as well as same or next day appointments when something urgent comes up.
A full services list is available by emailing membership@menopauserocks.com.
How much does membership cost?
The standard annual membership is $5,000. My current patients are eligible for a Loyalty Rate of $4,000 for a limited time. Daughters age 26 and under can join for $1,500.
Do I have to pay the whole year upfront?
No. You can pay annually, semi-annually, or quarterly. My membership team will walk you through the schedule that works for you.
Can I add my daughter?
Yes. Daughters age 26 and under can join for a discounted annual rate of $1,500.
Do you only see women?
My practice is built for women in midlife, and that is where nearly all of my care goes. I do see a small number of men, usually spouses of my patients.
How do I join?
Membership is limited and is first come, first served. Once all my membership places have been filled, we will start a waiting list. Click the join button, or call (940) 286-5546 to talk with my membership team.
Scheduling, Services, and Care
Can I see you virtually?
Yes. I see patients in my Frisco office and virtually, and telehealth is included in membership. Your membership also includes 24/7 virtual urgent care with a team of highly trained providers.
How long are appointments?
Long enough. Visits are built around what you actually need to cover, not around a clock, and they start on time. If you leave a visit with unanswered questions, the model is not working.
What if something urgent comes up?
Call or message my office. Members get same or next day appointments for urgent needs, and many things can be handled without a visit at all.
What happens if I need a specialist?
I will make the referral personally, coordinate the imaging or the consult, and stay involved so nothing gets lost between offices. Where insurance applies, I will refer you within your plan so those outside services are covered.
Do you handle primary care?
A good amount of it, yes. I can manage well-controlled cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid, and blood pressure, and I can be your first evaluation for most things that come up, including sick visits. If something needs a specialist, I will tell you and get you there. I am not trying to replace every specialist you may need, but I do want to be the physician who connects the pieces so you do not get lost in the process.
Will I always see you?
Yes. When you come in, you see me. That is the entire reason for keeping the practice small.
Who’s on your team and is Crystal still with you?
Yes! She has been with me for years and she is coming with me to the new practice. She handles scheduling, follow-up, prescription questions, and the calls that start with “I have a quick question.” If you are new here, she is the first person you will meet, and she is very good at her job. If you already know her, none of that is changing.
Costs, Billing, and Payments
Does membership cover the cost of my appointments?
Yes. Membership covers your annual wellness exam plus up to 11 additional visits per year, in person or by telehealth, along with the services listed on the membership page.
What is not included?
The following are not included in the membership fee and are your responsibility, or your insurance’s where applicable:
- Lab tests, including fees associated with pap screening
- Radiology tests and procedures provided by third party facilities
- Hospital and facility charges
- Other third party fees and expenses
We will always talk through any additional cost with you in advance.
Is membership actually worth it for me?
For a lot of my patients, the math is closer than they expect. If you are already paying for hormone visits, pellets, refills, or GLP-1 management across a year, the annual membership often lands close to or below what you are spending now, and you get considerably more for it.
Membership Administration and Monarch
Who do I contact about my membership or a payment?
My membership team can help with anything related to membership, payment, or services. Email membership@menopauserocks.com or call (940) 286-5546.
Who is Monarch?
Monarch is a partner that supports independent women’s health physicians with operations, billing, and administrative work. Their support is what allows me to stay independent rather than sell to a larger system. I still own this practice, which means every decision about your care remains mine and yours to make together.
